Send the documents. Get a posted set of books.
Chowpa reads your invoices and receipts, posts them to a full Thai chart of accounts, and prepares the monthly returns — with every entry traceable back to the document it came from.

Three things you do, and what Chowpa does back
You send a document
Upload an invoice, a receipt or a bank statement. Chowpa reads it, works out which accounts it belongs to, and drafts the entry for you to check.
Nothing posts until you approve it.
It posts, and it stays posted
Approved entries go to the ledger with a voucher number. Postings are immutable — a mistake is corrected by a reversing entry, not by quietly editing history.
That is what makes an audit a search rather than an argument.
The monthly returns come out of it
VAT and withholding are read off the same ledger you already reviewed, so filing is not a second round of data entry.
Input VAT can be claimed in any of the seven periods the Revenue Department permits.
You do not have to build a chart of accounts
Create a client and a full Thai statutory chart of accounts already exists — 312 accounts, named in Thai, ready to post against. Adjust it if you want to. Most firms do not need to.
